Lets talk about volley in PIMD. Volley is when two ore more players are hiring a specific player.
Example: Player A (lets make that player A as the newbie). Player B and Player C will agreed that they will volley or hire player A to a specific hire value. Player A will earn the volley, the money of player A should be use in upgrading.Player B and C who volleyed player A should agree who will keep player A.
So, for instance player B will keep, so player C will earn the volley. So two players will earn the volley, player A and player C. Player B who keep player A will earn profit when player A will do the upgrade. Player A will be the tutor of player B, and player B is the pupil of player A. Player B should guide player A well in upgrading to have 5088cs.

Starting volley is 100M = the volleyed player will earn 8.7M
Next volley 150M = the volleyed player will earn 15.6M
Max volley for 5088cs 250M = the volleyed player will earn 20.9M
5088cs for beginner, will spend 19,360,000 to have ----> 12 dorms with 6 Mc Flauty and 6 computer hacker, all upgraded to level 4 or seniors ===> so the newbie has still remaining money for volley use...
Emphasize to the newbie not to use the money for anything while the volley is on going and make sure the newbie will be online for awhile for a good guide in upgrading.
